alfresco yoga

Okay, please excuse the pun. Practising outdoors gives us the opportunity to tap into the natural energy all around us. In Devon we are blessed with beautiful settings in which to practice yoga.

Last years Alfresco Yoga was a bit of a washout. So I'm considering not putting up dates for this year at this stage. If you would like to be informed when dates go up let me know via the site.

Yoga Family Picnic
Saturday 28th July from 10:00-11.30 £4

Children welcome. Alf will teach the adult session whilst Rosie teaches the children. Bring a picnic, fly a kite, and enjoy the space after the yoga session. On the level ground adjacent to Cox Tor car park on the B3357 Tavistock to Princetown, (OS ref 53W / 75N)

Yoga Beach Party
Sunday 12th Aug 11.30am to 12.30pm

Trebarwith StrandThis will be at Trebarwith Strand (click here for map). Trebarwith Strand is a tidal beach – low water on that day is at about 12.30 so you can spend the whole day on the beach. Once again children are welcome. Bring a picnic and chill out. Come on in the water's wonderful. Have a great day in a great cause.

 

Sundowners Yoga
 2 days before the full moon
Bank Holiday Monday 27th August 2007
from 7.00 to 8.30PM £4

Sundowners YogaCox Tor has extensive views to the west – ideal for watching the sun go down and the moon rise. We will end the session with seated meditation – so wrap up warm.
