YOGA SESSIONS
Each class lasts for 1½ hours. The first 10 minutes is spent exploring
and gradually deepening the breath. we then move to the practice of postures
(asana).
Each asana is performed dynamically using the breath to gradually deepen the posture. We will move through a series of postures from standing, kneeling, lying, inverted, backbends and sitting. The final part each session will be spent in a guided relaxation. Each session will be different. The teaching style allows you to move at your own pace and is suitable for beginners and intermediate level.
