Through one-to-one tuition guidance can be given on developing a personal structured yoga practice. Individual sessions can focus on asana, pranayama, relaxation and meditation. The approach respects your starting point, were you are now, allowing you to set goals for personal growth.

The establishment of a personal practice can assist you in improving and maintaining health and well being thereby increasing inner happiness.
 
Session cost £30 per hour.
